Maria R. Kharlash is a wedding officiant who has special authorization from the LA County Recorder’s office to issue marriage licenses. She has been the owner of Instant Marriage LA since 2010. Maria has assisted thousands of couples in obtaining their marriage licenses and becoming legally married. Prior to opening her own business in 2010, Maria worked as a paralegal for several professional law firms, assisting attorneys with immigration, civil and criminal matters. Maria obtained her paralegal certification in 2010 from the University of California in Los Angeles.
Essentially, Instant Marriage LA is a “one stop shop” – we provide marriage license, officiate your wedding, timely file your paperwork with the Registrar-Recorder’s Office and order a marriage certificate. It is literally everything you need in order to be legally married. In addition to that, we assist our couples with various document preparation services.
Whether it is a well-planned event or a last minute/emergency wedding we always try to accommodate our couples and provide them with exceptional customer service. Unlike other services, we do not have any extra fees or surcharges – all of the above items are included in our basic package. Our couples never have to pay anything extra, whether it is a marriage certificate, notary fees or marriage license – it is all included in our package.
