Applying for a permanent residence / green card through marriage can often times be the fastest way to obtain a legal status in the US. We operate as a "one stop shop" where you can get legally married and apply for a green card, work authorization, social security card and travel permit without leaving the United States. A green card offers permanent residence and gives you the benefits of living, working and studying in the U.S. 

We have prepared hundreds of marriage-based green card applications and will be happy to assist you throughout the whole process. US Immigration forms are notoriously lengthy and difficult to complete correctly. We use modern online software tools that allow us accurately prepare all of the forms and supporting documents for your application.

Checklist of the required documents

Petitioner (US Citizen)

  • Birth Certificate (if born in the US) or Naturalization Certificate;
  • U.S. Passport, if available and valid (biographical page);
  • 2 Passport Style Photos;
  • Tax Returns and W-2/1099 Forms for the last year; and
  • Three most recent paycheck stubs;
  • Marriage Certificate;
  • Divorce decrees from all previous marriages, if any.

 Applicant (foreign spouse) 

  • Passport, Visa and I-94 Form;   
  • I-20 and OPT card, if available, (for students only);
  • Birth Certificate with English translation*;
  • 6 Passport Style photos;
  • Divorce decrees from all previous marriages, if any (with English translation, if applicable*);
  • Medical Examination Report (please do an online search for “USCIS Civil Surgeons” and find a clinic in your area by your zip code). For K-1 visa applicants please provide a medical report from the US Embassy obtained at the time of K-1 visa application. 

*We assist with certified translations from most of the languages.

Low Income Applicants may be eligible for a Fee Waiver associated with the certain immigration applications. We can assist you with preparation and filing of Fee Waiver request, however we can not guarantee a positive outcome of this request. Verification of current income and expenses is necessary in order to request a Fee Waiver from the USCIS.
