Same Sex Marriages are now legal in the state of California!
We have permission from the Los Angeles County Clerk's offices to issue marriage licenses to ALL couples over the age of 18, regardless of gender!

Federal Law now allows immigration benefits for same sex couples. U.S. Citizens can now petition for green cards on behalf of their same sex spouses. In addition to that, gay and lesbian U.S. citizens may immediately begin petitioning for their fiancés living overseas, and both U.S. Citizens and permanent residents can now start the immigration process for their foreign-born spouses.
In addition to that, US Treasury and IRS announced that all legal same sex marriages will be recognized for federal tax purposes; ruling provides certainty, benefits and protections under federal tax law for same sex married couples.
