Marriage-Based Green Card Services
Get legally married and apply for your green card with us — we provide complete support every step of the way.
Applying for permanent residence (a “green card”) through marriage is often one of the most efficient ways to obtain lawful status in the United States. Our office operates as a one-stop service center, where you can take care of both your legal marriage and your immigration paperwork in one place. With our assistance, you can apply for:
- Green card (US permanent residence)
- Work permit (Employment authorization)
- Social Security card
- Advance Parole (Travel Document)
A marriage-based green card grants permanent residence and provides the benefits of living, working, and studying in the United States.
We have successfully prepared many of marriage-based green card applications and will be glad to assist you through the process. Immigration forms can be lengthy and complex, but our modern software tools and experience allow us to prepare accurate applications and supporting documents for submission to USCIS.
⚠️ Important: If you entered the U.S. without inspection, have a criminal history, or have been in immigration/deportation proceedings, we strongly recommend that you consult with an immigration attorney. Referrals are available upon request.
