Planned Weddings
The planning of your wedding ceremony usually becomes a very stressful and time-consuming process, especially if you want to invite a lot of guests. Give us a call as soon as you know the exact date of your wedding and we will be glad to answer all of your questions regarding the marriage license, legal requirements, venues, etc. Whether your wedding is several months in advance or the very next day, we are always ready to help you out.
We are open seven days a week and always have a minister available on short notice. We always do our best to accommodate our clients’ needs. Just call or e-mail us and we will be happy to be a part of your wedding plans.
Short notice weddings
We are often contacted to perform a ceremony either on the same day or on a very short notice. It is never a problem for us since we can issue marriage licenses and perform a wedding ceremony at the same time.
Here are just a few examples when people require our Instant Marriage services:
- Immigration. Quite often we have to marry people whose legal status is expiring or who are facing deportation from the United States. Many of those couples use our document preparation services later for green card applications and filing with the US Citizenship and Immigration which makes it simple and convenient for them. Yes, we are "one stop shop" where you can get legally married and utilize our document preparation services to have your applications professionally prepared at affordable rates.
- Hospital weddings. We can perform bedside wedding ceremonies so long as the hospitalized partner has sufficient mental capacity and alertness to become married. We can deliver a marriage license and make it official on the same day. Please note that travel charges will apply. We encourage you to contact our office in advance to receive the exact quote for our services.
- Property or insurance issues. Sometimes, people need to get married fast to obtain joint ownership of their property or to handle insurance issues. In this case, we will provide a marriage license, do a quick wedding ceremony and give you a customer copy of your marriage certificate which is good for most state or federal purposes such as insurance, tax filing, immigration, etc. You can use this customer copy as evidence of your marriage while the original is being recorded by the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office that may take up to six weeks.
Elopements
Do you want to get married swiftly and keep it a secret from everyone? Are you looking for elopement packages? No, problem, look no further, we are here to help you! We can provide you with the marriage license and officiate your wedding either at our office or at any place of your choice within Los Angeles county limits. It can be a California beach wedding, hotel wedding, wedding at your home or your favorite restaurant, the choice is yours!
A confidential marriage license does not require any witnesses; it can be just two of you, quick and simple! We specialize in last minute weddings and will be happy to officiate your marriage on short notice.
